The facility, Three Rivers Behavioral Health, is a 136-bed inpatient facility specializing in psychiatric and chemical dependency services for adolescents, adults, and senior adults. Their continuum of care includes adolescent residential treatment, inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient treatment for addictions. Requirements
- Current license or permit to practice as an LPN in the state of employment.
