About The Position
Brown County Health and Living is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for CarDon and Associates. In this role, you will provide high-quality care to residents, assist with their daily activities, and help ensure their comfort and well-being. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor residents’ health, administer medications, and educate residents and their families. The role is described as covering all shifts, with a night-shift sign-on bonus available up to $10,000. Requirements
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Indiana.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a healthcare provider.
- Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records and documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
- Provide education to residents and their families.
- Assist with residents’ daily activities and support their comfort and well-being.
