About The Position

Concordia Visiting Nurses is seeking a dedicated and personable Licensed Practical Nurse LPN to join our team and provide compassionate care to patients and families. Licensed Practical Nurse LPN are needed for patient care in and around the Monroeville/Greensburg area allowing you to work close to your home. Your patients, your schedule. Typical hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm but we are open to other possibilities. Let us know what type of schedule you are seeking. Let us prove it. Requirements

Graduate of state-approved school with course in pharmacology
Current license in the State of Pennsylvania
Reliable, independent means of transportation to make home visits
Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and drive a vehicle with insurance limits as established by the state

Responsibilities

Monitoring vital signs
Assisting with wound care and personal care
Educating patients and families
Maintaining medical records
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals
Provide emotional support and companionship, building genuine connections with patients
