About The Position
Lincoln Recovery is a voluntary residential treatment center in Raymond, Illinois, serving adults experiencing substance use disorder, co-occurring disorders, and low-acuity mental health diagnoses. The organization is building its PRN nursing pool to support clients and the nursing team. This is hands-on, fast-paced, meaningful behavioral health nursing work. PRN nurses must work at least one shift per calendar month to maintain active status. Compensation for LPNs is $35 per hour, with a $3 overnight differential.
Requirements
- Active Illinois RN license (required).
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Work at least one shift per calendar month to maintain active PRN status.
Responsibilities
- Complete nursing intake assessments and support detox treatment plans.
- Monitor client health status through regular nurse visits.
- Administer medications and document accurately.
- Respond to medical concerns with clinical judgment and compassion.
- Support clients through detox and stabilization protocols.
- Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, providers, and clinical staff.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and regulatory documentation standards.
