About The Position
Join the team as a full-time, night-shift Medical Surgical Licensed Practical Nurse in Henryetta, Oklahoma. The LPN provides nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed independent practitioner and must deliver care appropriate to the ages of patients on the assigned unit. The role requires knowledge of growth and development across the lifespan and the ability to collect data that reflects a patient’s status. The LPN participates in developing, modifying, and implementing plans of care in accordance with HHS standards to provide efficient, effective, high-quality patient care, while adhering to the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current LPN license in the State of Oklahoma.
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and before providing direct patient care.
- Knowledge of growth and development across the life span and ability to provide care appropriate to the ages of patients served.
