About The Position

Adoration Health is seeking a dedicated Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse to provide patient-centered care to an adult client in the Nashville, Tennessee coverage area. The role is based out of the Murfreesboro, Tennessee office and involves providing one-to-one care in the client’s home, following the plan of care while supporting the client’s dignity and independence.

This is a full-time day schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. G-tube experience is preferred. The position offers independent work with team support and flexible scheduling options. Adoration Health provides services in the home to support patients, families, and caregivers.

Requirements

• LPN/LPT/LVN degree from an accredited college of nursing.
• Current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance.
• Professional CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

• G-tube experience.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Home Health care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one care for the client in accordance with the client’s plan of care while maintaining dignity and independence.
• Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, and ostomy care as needed under the plan of care, and assess and report results.
• Document nursing actions, care provided, communications, progress, and outcomes for established goals.
• Inform the physician, case manager, and family of changes in the client’s medical condition and needs.
• Coordinate or order supplies, medications, and feedings to ensure adequate amounts are available.
• Ensure patient needs are met in accordance with the physician’s instructions.
