Requirements
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN license.
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months).
- Must have reliable transportation.
- New graduates are welcome.
Nice To Haves
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused care.
- Work with patients of all acuity levels, including those with G-tube, Trach, and Vent needs, depending on the case.
- Utilize electronic documentation via a tablet in each patient's home.
- Engage in career pathing with opportunities for skill advancement and paid training.
