About The Position
Monarch Landing is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and hospitality-minded Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the nursing team at The Springs at Monarch Landing, its skilled nursing community in Naperville, Illinois. The nurse works as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality clinical care and an exceptional experience for residents. Part-time shifts are available, and nurses are required to work every other weekend.
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care and monitor residents’ health and well-being.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
- Follow established health, safety, and clinical guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Respond to residents’ needs with compassion, professionalism, and respect.
