About The Position

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their team at Mission Chateau Senior Living Community, an Assisted Living and Memory Care facility. This role is crucial in ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care, aiming for positive clinical outcomes and high resident/family satisfaction. The LPN will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act, managing resident care and directing nursing activities during their assigned shift. This includes staff assignments, mentoring, educating nursing personnel, and collaborating with physicians and other medical professionals.

Requirements

Active, and in good standing, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
