About The Position
Pemi Baker Hospice & Home Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join their team. The LPN will provide nursing services to Home Care & Hospice patients in their homes, collaborating with RNs and working independently. The role offers the opportunity to utilize and develop nursing skills. Pemi-Baker is an independent, non-profit agency established in 1967, serving over 30 communities in central and northern New Hampshire with Home Care and Hospice Care programs.
Requirements
- Current LPN license
- Valid Driver's License and insured vehicle
- Ability to work independently
- Self-motivated and well-organized
- Willingness to travel in all types of weather conditions
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing services to Home Care & Hospice patients in their homes.
- Collaborate with RNs to help patients reach their goals.
- Work independently.
