About The Position
Cooperative Home Care is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to provide private duty nursing care to pediatric and adult patients in Crystal City, Arnold, Festus, De Soto, Hillsboro, Pevely, and surrounding areas. The role offers one-on-one patient relationships and flexible scheduling, with opportunities to work as little as one eight-hour shift per week. Nurses receive classroom and on-the-job training, including training through local hospitals to support care for higher-acuity clients. Overtime hours are not capped.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in the state of Missouri.
- Active CPR certification; the employer can provide a class if certification is not active.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in accordance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
- Assist clients with home and social activities while promoting their independence at home.
- Complete all necessary clinical documentation.
