About The Position

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Acute Care provides skilled nursing care tasks and procedures under the direction of an RN, nurse practitioner, clinical nurse specialist, physician, or other authorized health care provider in the Inpatient Specialty Care departments. This position is within the UHS Medication-Assisted Treatment Clinic and is a 0.6 FTE role working the Day shift.

Requirements

• Graduated an accredited school of Practical Nursing
• Current New York State Practical Nurse License or Permit

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in critical care or hospital environment
• Basic Skills Certifications (CPR)
