About The Position
Eastcastle Place is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a part-time position. This role is ideal for an LPN with experience in Long Term Care and Skilled Rehabilitation who is looking to make a difference in the lives of seniors while maintaining a work-life balance. Eastcastle Place has a long history of serving seniors, offering a continuum of care that promotes active and fulfilling lifestyles. The LPN will be responsible for providing top-notch care to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being. The role involves working collaboratively with a supportive team of LPNs, RNs, CNAs, Dietary Aides, Physical Therapists, and Activities Staff, reporting to Nurse Managers and the Director of Nursing.
Requirements
- Active LPN license registered through the State of Wisconsin.
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- CPR certification required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Demonstrate reliability and accountability
- A strong commitment to providing high-quality care
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to give and take instructions in a professional manner
- Ability to provide guidance and support to others
- A passion for resident care, empathy, and leadership skills
