About The Position
St. Bernard Caring, part of the Volare Health family, is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their compassionate and supportive team. Requirements
- Current, active LPN license in the state of practice
- Ability to assess resident needs and provide appropriate nursing care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to resident dignity, safety, and quality care
- Newly licensed LPNs are welcome to apply
- Experienced LPNs are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Assessing residents and identifying individual care needs
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Providing and documenting nursing care
- Administering medications and treatments as ordered
- Supervising CNAs and other team members in the delivery of resident care
- Communicating with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Following applicable state and federal regulations and facility policies
