About The Position
We are seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our morning team (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM) at Spencer Post Acute Rehabilitation Center. Requirements
- Active LPN License (required)
- Prior experience preferred.

Responsibilities
- Monitor patients’ conditions and assess their needs to provide optimal care.
- Observe and interpret symptoms; communicate findings to physicians.
- Collaborate with physicians and nurses to create individualized care plans.
- Perform routine procedures (e.g., blood pressure checks, injections) and update charts.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
