About The Position

The Crossing at Tellico Village is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team. As an LPN, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction. This role operates within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act and involves resident care, direction of nursing care during assigned shifts, staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and collaborating with physicians and other medical professionals.

Requirements

Active and in good standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
Professional image in both appearance and behavior
Excellent written and oral communication skills
