About The Position
Serenity Hospice Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses to provide care and services to patients as needed in New Jersey. The role provides one-to-one care for patients during overnight hours, from 7 PM to 8 AM. The nurse supports patients and families in accordance with care plans and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team. A valid New Jersey LPN license is required.
Requirements
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Jersey.
- Driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Reliable transportation.

- Prior hospice experience.
Responsibilities
- Care for patients at the location as needed.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living.
- Follow care plans and deliver a high level of care.
- Document medical information as required.
