About The Position
LifeCare Medical Associates at Seneca Falls, part of Finger Lakes Health, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team. The LPN will provide high-quality, resident-centered care in a long-term care setting, supporting the mission to improve the health and well-being of the communities served.
Requirements
- Current New York State LPN license in good standing
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Commitment to resident-focused, compassionate care
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policies
- Observe, document, and report changes in residents’ conditions
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support individualized care plans
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and Finger Lakes Health regulations
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record
- Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents and families
