About The Position
Spring River Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide skilled nursing and rehabilitation care. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, collaborate with a care team, and make a difference every shift. A relocation bonus is available for eligible nurses.
Requirements
- An active LPN license authorizing practice in New Mexico.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Strong clinical skills, communication, and teamwork.
- A dependable, compassionate approach to resident care.
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Monitor residents, recognize changes in condition, and promptly report concerns to the supervising RN and providers.
- Administer medications and treatments according to orders, facility procedures, and your scope of practice.
- Participate in developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans.
- Provide direction and support to nursing assistants within your scope of practice.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
- Communicate with residents and families about care, progress, and concerns.
- Promote resident dignity, safety, infection prevention, and quality care.
