About The Position
This position involves caring for residents in a skilled nursing setting at Bristol Glen, a United Methodist Communities residence. The role includes caring for residents in short-term rehabilitation who are working towards returning home, as well as long-term care residents. Requirements
- Active New Jersey LPN license
- Previous nursing experience as an LPN
- A flu vaccination is required for this role. Medical and religious exemptions are available on request.
- Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test.
- Applicants may be subject to a background check.

Responsibilities
- Monitor residents' condition during your shift and report changes to the RN
- Handle admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Give hands-on nursing care that follows each resident's care plan
- Give medications and treatments, and chart accurately and on time
- Contribute to care planning and care conferences
- Work with residents, families, and the care team to support recovery and comfort
