About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for pediatric and adult care to join its Skilled Nursing team. The role provides private duty nursing in clients’ homes, with one-on-one, hands-on care for clients ranging in age from infants to geriatric patients. Nurses travel to one nearby client home and provide care on a schedule they choose. The position involves traditional shift types and offers autonomy in performing nursing skills in the home. The pay range is $32–$35 per hour, based on qualifications. A $2,000 bonus opportunity is available for nurses who work two overnights per week and complete 120 independent hours. BAYADA offers flexible scheduling based on availability and weekly pay every Thursday. Benefits are subject to employment type. Requirements

Graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program.
Hold a current New Jersey State nursing license in good standing.
Be CPR certified.

Responsibilities

Travel to one client’s home near you on a schedule you choose.
Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
Provide one-on-one, hands-on nursing care and perform skills autonomously in the home.
