Requirements
- High School diploma/GED and completion of a LPN Program through an approved Georgia Nursing Board; or a Vocational/Technical degree from an accredited college and current Georgia license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Licenses must be current and enable providers to practice within the State of Georgia.

Responsibilities
- Answers client calls and determine how to assist them.
- Help clients with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene, moving in bed, and standing and walking.
- Observes clients, charting and reporting changes in clients’ conditions such as adverse reaction to medication or treatment, and taking any necessary action.
- Administers prescribed medications or starts intravenous fluids and notes times and amounts on clients’ charts.
