About The Position
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) for immediate opportunities in long-term care settings. This position offers a chance to work within nursing homes, providing essential medical care to residents.
Requirements
- Current and valid LPN or RN licensure
- Must have proficiency in PCC charting
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with the healthcare team
- Demonstrated ability to perform tasks and provide care independently
Nice To Haves
- Experience in long-term care facilities preferred
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed
- Utilize paper Medication Administration Records (MARs) and Treatment Administration Records (TARs)
- Provide direct patient care and support to residents in a nursing home setting
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and reports
