About The Position
We are seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) for a full-time position. The ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong commitment to patient care in a long-term care setting.
Requirements
- Current LPN or RN licensure.
- Must have the ability to pass medications and perform treatments.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with PCC charting is preferred.
- Experience in long-term care or nursing home settings is highly beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in a long-term care facility.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed.
- Utilize paper Medication Administration Records (MAR) and Treatment Administration Records (TAR).
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
