About The Position

Round Lake Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their growing team. Round Lake Senior Living, which opened in January 2023, is a beautiful 120-unit, apartment-style community in Arden Hills, offering Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. The community is dedicated to helping seniors 'Age Magnificently' and is looking for compassionate individuals passionate about enriching the lives of others. LPNs and RNs at this community become family and significantly impact the lives of residents.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and a valid state licensure as a LPN or RN.
Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.

Nice To Haves

Restorative or geriatric nursing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to residents and tenants under the direction of the Director of Health Services.
Maintain quality care consistent with company and regulatory standards in accordance with individual care plans.
Schedule and perform rounds to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care.
Assume responsibility and accountability for the proper completion and documentation of care, medications, and treatments.
Support the Director of Health Services on the written staffing plan and nursing schedule that reflects the needs of the resident/tenant population.
