About The Position

Minnehaha Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for an LPN to join our growing team! Minnehaha Senior Living is located directly on a bus route off om the corner of 23rd Avenue South and East 38th Street, in Minneapolis, MN. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 77-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Join our team today! Shifts : Day shift, 6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m. or 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. LPN Wage: $27-$32.50 per hour Are you compassionate towards others? Are you passionate about enriching the lives of others? In this position, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to residents and tenants under the direction of the Director of Health Services while maintaining quality care that is consistent with company and regulatory standards in accordance with individual care plans.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and a valid state licensure as a LPN or RN
Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.

Nice To Haves

Restorative or geriatric nursing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Schedule and perform rounds to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care.
Assume responsibility and accountability for the proper completion and documentation of care, medications, and treatments.
Support the Director of Health Services on the written staffing plan and nursing schedule that reflects the needs of the resident/tenant population.
