About The Position

Alliance Nursing is hiring a Float Licensed Practical Nurse to provide care across its Adult Family Homes in Kenmore, Kirkland, and Snohomish, Washington. The homes support adults with complex medical needs in a calm, home-like setting. The role offers guaranteed hours, low resident-to-nurse ratios, and clinical and aide support. Trach and ventilator training is provided, along with ongoing clinical support.

This is a full-time position requiring at least 36 hours per week, typically three 12-hour shifts. Nurses can choose two days off, though at least one weekend day may be needed. The weekly schedule is released every Friday by 5 PM. The nurse may need to cover overtime or sick calls outside the two protected days off.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Washington State LPN license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience.
• Flexibility to work across multiple locations and cover shifts as needed.
• Genuine passion for delivering exceptional, patient-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Float between the Kenmore, Kirkland, and Snohomish Adult Family Homes as assigned.
