About The Position
Liberty Health Care Center in Youngstown, OH is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team. This role involves admitting new residents, delegating duties to non-licensed staff, monitoring resident care, and performing ongoing assessments of residents' physical and mental health. The LPN will also be responsible for explaining procedures and treatment protocols to residents.
Requirements
- LPN License

Responsibilities
- Admitting new residents
- Assigning and delegating duties to non-licensed nursing staff
- Monitoring resident care and supervising other nursing staff
- Performing ongoing assessments of residents’ physical and mental health
- Explaining procedures and treatment protocols to residents
