Requirements
- Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Must be available for at least 3-6 weeks for onsite training.
- PRN staff required to work 2 shifts per month.
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality care consistent with the scope of practice for Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses as outlined by the local state nurse practice act.
- Perform tasks, activities, and functions as delegated.
- May make assignments of duties to others as defined by the state of practice act.
- Provide monitoring of patients as directed by the HSA, DON, RN, Medical Director, or another practitioner.
