LPN, Licensed Practical Nurse
About The Position
Cooperative Home Care is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support a Pediatric patient in Defiance Missouri for 70 hours per week for weekday and weekend Day shifts. Private Duty Nursing allows nurses to form meaningful 1 on 1 patient relationships and offers you the ability to work a schedule that fits your life. While eliminating the chaos that comes with a hospital or facility environment. Since 1986 Cooperative Home Care has provided high quality care to ensure that our patients can remain in their homes. We focus on providing a supportive environment for our field staff so they feel empowered to provide the best care for our clients.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in the state of Missouri
- Active CPR certification (We can provide a class if yours isn’t active!)
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
- Assist clients with home/social activities and actively promote independence at home.
- Complete all necessary clinical documentation
