PRN Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN (Multiple Shifts)
About The Position
Silverado Franklin is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide clinical care and support to residents living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other memory-impairing conditions. The role combines clinical skills, empathy, and relationship-building to help residents live with dignity and joy in a team-focused environment. The nurse serves as a liaison among residents, families, and physicians; supports clinical needs and daily living activities; monitors resident health; and maintains accurate care documentation. The position is PRN (per diem), with multiple shifts and variable days. Shift times are 6:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m. The anticipated pay range is $33–$36 USD.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Vocational Nursing program.
- Active LVN/LPN license.
- Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
- Effective verbal and written English communication.
- Able to perform active work involving walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working around animals and pets.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a compassionate liaison between residents, families, and physicians.
- Provide clinical support and assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and mobility.
- Monitor resident health and maintain accurate care documentation.
