About The Position

Within a patient-centered culture, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) assists providers and nursing staff in delivering optimal patient care and works with others to support efficient clinical and business operations. The role includes both clinical and administrative tasks. The LPN may work in clinics across the physician enterprise as needed, and travel is required.

Requirements

Licensed Practical Nurse credential required.
Basic Cardiac Life Support required.
Post-high-school diploma or certificate program required.
Sufficient skills and knowledge to perform job duties efficiently, including use of equipment associated with the role.
Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, up to 50 pounds frequently, and more than 20 pounds constantly.

Responsibilities

Assist providers and nursing staff in delivering patient care.
Perform clinical and administrative tasks.
Meet established productivity standards and prioritize multiple tasks.
Complete assignments according to protocol or as directed.
Work in clinics across the physician enterprise as needed and travel as required.
Clarify job responsibilities and performance expectations with the supervisor, communicating regularly and seeking clarification when needed.
