We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse. As a Licensed Practical Nurse with Touchmark, you will enrich lives every day by ensuring residents in receive the highest level of dignity and care. Requirements
- LPN degree from an accredited school of nursing
- Current state license
- CPR/AED and First Aid certification (as per state requirements if it must be kept current)
- 1-2 years’ experience working with older adults in a health care setting
- Commitment to confidentiality

- Geriatric mental health experience
- Willingness to continue learning and improving skills
- Willingness to support the care team on the floors
- Ability to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors

Responsibilities
- Design and implement care plans for each resident
- Oversee the care staff and assist them in making educated care decisions
- Support the care team on the floors
