LPN Licensed Practical Nurse $3500 SIGN ON BONUS
About The Position
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) delivers quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact and provides care and services to help patients attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. The role includes monitoring and reporting changes in patients’ conditions and assigning duties, instructing, and providing clinical supervision to CNAs. The position is with an organization affiliated with Life Care Centers of America, a privately owned healthcare company with more than 200 locations across the U.S.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
- Currently licensed or registered in the applicable state.
- Maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.
- Obtain CPR certification upon hire or during orientation and keep it current throughout employment.
- Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant action.
- Knowledgeably and competently deliver quality nursing care to patients.
- Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
Nice To Haves
- One year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
