We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a part-time basis. Requirements
- Valid LPN or RN license in the state of Illinois.
- Ability to provide excellent patient care in a compassionate and professional manner.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
- Must be reliable and able to work the specified shifts.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in senior care, geriatric care, or long-term care is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Administer daily medication and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and assess the health and well-being of residents.
- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with the individual care plan.
- Assist with daily activities of living as needed.
- Respond to emergency situations as they arise.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and care.
