Requirements

  • Current active Nebraska Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
  • Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care

Responsibilities

  • Deliver nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans and physician orders
  • Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition
  • Administer medications, treatments, and other nursing interventions safely and accurately
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Provide guidance and support to nursing assistants and medication aides
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
  • Respond to resident concerns and medical needs with professionalism and compassion
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and exceptional customer service
  • Assist with care planning and resident-centered care initiatives
