About The Position

AdvisaCare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse to provide one-on-one private-duty in-home pediatric care to clients in the Milford, Michigan area. The role involves individualized care that respects each patient’s preferences, choices, abilities, and specific needs. The nurse must be available to work weekends, willing to work 12-hour shifts from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. or 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., and willing to travel to Farmington Hills for split-custody coverage.

Requirements

• Current Michigan nursing license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to pass a drug screen, including THC screening, and a background check.
• Must be available on weekends.
• Must be willing to work 12-hour shifts: 7 a.m.–7 p.m. or 7 p.m.–7 a.m.
• Must be willing to travel to Farmington Hills for split-custody coverage.
