About The Position

St. Mary’s Regional Health System is seeking a full-time LPN for their Women's Health/OB-GYN Clinic. This position operates Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with no nights, weekends, or holidays. The LPN will work in the Millard-Henry Women's Health clinic, providing compassionate care to patients alongside a dedicated team of Nurses. The role involves assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety in a collaborative environment focused on high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire
• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• One year previous experience preferred
• Active Arkansas or compact state LPN license required. If relocating, licensure must be updated to new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins.
• Associate's Degree required

Responsibilities

• Will work rooming patients and conducting intakes
• Will assist providers with in-clinic procedures
• Answer phones
• Provide patient results
• Work to support the clinic's patients with their Women's Health needs
