Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Women's Health Clinic
About The Position
Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for their Women's Health/OB-GYN Clinic. This position operates Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm, with no nights, weekends, or holidays. The LPN will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to patients, assessing needs, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety within the Millard-Henry Women's Health Clinic. The role involves rooming patients, conducting intakes, assisting providers with procedures, answering phones, providing patient results, and supporting patients with their Women's Health needs in a collaborative environment focused on high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
- Critical thinking skills
- Decisive judgment
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
- One year previous experience preferred
- Active Arkansas or compact state LPN license required. If relocating, licensure must be updated to new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins.
- Associate's Degree required
