About The Position

Camp Baer is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our opening clinical team. This is an opportunity to provide meaningful nursing care in an environment centered on recovery, dignity, safety, and long-term change. Our LPNs are an important part of the interdisciplinary treatment team and help ensure patients receive safe, consistent, compassionate care throughout detoxification and residential treatment. If you are looking for nursing work where you can build strong patient relationships, contribute to a high-quality clinical program, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals in recovery, we would love to talk with you. Despite its name, Camp Baer is not a traditional camp. It is a premier residential substance use disorder treatment center located in a chalet-style lodge nestled within the wooded mountains of West Virginia. Designed to provide a private, restorative environment for healing, Camp Baer delivers high-quality, evidence-based substance use disorder and behavioral health treatment to individuals from across the country. The setting combines exceptional clinical care with the tranquility and privacy of a retreat-style environment. Camp Baer is part of Wise Path Recovery Centers, operated by Ascension Recovery Services. Together, we provide integrated behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment grounded in evidence-based clinical practices and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care. Our culture is built around kindness, teamwork, empathy, integrity, excellence, and being deeply mission-driven. We believe exceptional outcomes begin with exceptional people, and we are intentionally building a team that shares that commitment.
