Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
About The Position
Ohioans Home Healthcare has an excellent full-time, dayshift opportunity for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who enjoy the freedom and independence of providing exceptional care to patients in the privacy and comfort of their homes. The company offers a close-knit, family-friendly culture with support for its employees. Under the supervision of an RN and covering the Toledo area, the LPN will assess, plan, and implement patient care, educate patients and families on disease processes, procedures, and medications, and address various patient needs, including wound care, trachs, G/J tubes, Foley catheters, and medication administration.
Requirements
- Current LPN state licensure
- Three years of nursing experience
- CPR certification
- Ability to travel for in-home patient visits
- Exceptional time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Nice To Haves
- Home healthcare experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan and implement patient care
