About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential nursing care to residents and support their daily needs in a long-term care setting.

Requirements

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate attitude towards patient care and a commitment to teamwork.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents under the supervision of registered nursing staff.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and record residents' vital signs and health status.
• Participate in care planning and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all residents.
