About The Position
At South Creek Post Acute, we believe excellent care starts with a team that feels supported, valued, and inspired. We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team! Provide high-quality nursing care under the supervision of an RN and physician. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Monitor residents’ health status and promptly document any changes. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and update care plans. Build positive, supportive relationships with residents and their families.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in the State of Washington
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Commitment to resident-centered, compassionate care
