About The Position
Desert View Care Center is seeking compassionate, full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for day shift positions (6 AM - 2 PM). Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with an active Idaho license (or compact)
- Compassionate communicator and team player
- Willing to learn and follow SNF-specific regulations
- Passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions
- Provide skilled care (e.g., tube feedings, wound care, catheterization)
- Coordinate with physicians, residents, and families
- Advocate for your residents and ensure top-quality, person-centered care
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation
