Requirements
- Valid Ohio LPN license
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of compassion
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor residents’ health and report changes promptly
- Collaborate with caregivers and families to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment
