Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Day Shift 📍 Simpsonville, SC (Onsite) 🕒 12-Hour Shifts | 6AM–6PM or 6PM–6AM Make a Difference in Behavioral Health Join Broadstep Behavioral Health and play a critical role in delivering high-quality care to children and adolescents in a structured, therapeutic environment. Requirements

Active, unrestricted LPN license in South Carolina
Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
1+ year of nursing experience preferred (behavioral health or residential setting a plus)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment
Basic computer/EHR skills
Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and health screening

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care and monitor individuals’ physical and behavioral health
Administer medications and ensure accurate documentation (MARs)
Observe, assess, and report changes in condition to the RN and care team
Support implementation of treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Complete timely, accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Respond to medical and behavioral health emergencies and support crisis intervention
Ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and regulatory requirements, including mandatory reporting
