About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care for an adult client in Scotch Plains, NJ. This client requires tracheostomy and ventilator care, making this a rewarding opportunity to provide skilled, one-on-one nursing care in the home. BAYADA provides paid, hands-on training with experienced clinicians, giving you the confidence and support you need to care for this client successfully. This case offers overnight shifts (12 hours), providing consistency and the opportunity to build a meaningful relationship with your client while making a lasting impact on their quality of life. Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Active LPN license in good standing in New Jersey

Nice To Haves

• Tracheostomy and ventilator care experience (training provided if not)

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care following physician orders
• Monitor and assess client conditions
• Document care using electronic charting (Statewise)
