Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be registered and licensed as an LPN in the state of Minnesota
- Must have a current CPR certification
- Working every other weekend and some holidays is required
Responsibilities
- Providing essential medical care and monitoring residents' health to ensure their well-being.
- Working closely with residents, families, and healthcare teams to manage care plans.
- Administering medications.
- Assisting with daily health needs.
- Enhancing the quality of life for residents through compassion and skilled support.
