This role offers the opportunity to work in either Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Gynecology, Podiatry, or Rheumatology within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Positions available in Crystal, Maple Grove, Osseo, and Plymouth.

Requirements

Active licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse through the Minnesota Board of Nursing
Current CPR Certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Commitment to providing compassionate, inclusive patient care

Responsibilities

Prepare patients for visits by rooming, obtaining vital signs, and documenting in the EHR (eClinicalWorks)
Perform clinical procedures including injections, phlebotomy, and EKGs
Assist providers during exams and support patient flow
Educate patients and ensure completion of forms and care instructions
Maintain clean, stocked, and organized exam rooms and equipment
Follow OSHA and clinic protocols to ensure a safe environment
Travel to other clinic locations as needed
Support team operations and contribute to a positive patient experience
