Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care

About The Position
We are seeking compassionate and dependable nurses to provide quality patient care in a supportive environment at a long-term care home in Mt. Morris. The role pays $35+/hr and requires four shifts per week, including evening shifts from 2pm to 10pm and every other weekend.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor vital signs and changes in patient condition
- Assist with wound care, IV therapy, and skilled nursing procedures
- Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Educate patients and families on care plans and health conditions
- Follow infection control standards and facility policies
